Maggie Kenney
Maggie is the Chief Executive and founder of Peopletoo.
Over 20 years Maggie has gained experience of complex and challenging transformation across both the public and private sector. Her career in the private sector has mainly been in key operational roles with Prudential Assurance and Experian, the latter where she was responsible for the turnaround of underperforming contracts, reducing cost and increasing revenue streams. Prior to establishing Peopletoo, Maggie was a senior operations director in a service transformation business where she delivered a series of key local government initiatives transforming access to customer services, delivering a turn around project for adult social care in a London Borough and achieving over 20% efficiencies in transport and fleet management services.
Since establishing Peopletoo, Maggie has worked on a number of projects, which include the London Councils project to develop a future Door to Door strategy for delivery of passenger transport across London, a project looking at collaborative working across the West London Alliance and project managing the implementation of a substantial reablement service for adult social care in a London Borough, which is projecting over 20% savings in home care costs.
Ben Cox
Ben joined Peopletoo in May 2010. He brings with him strong transformational skills including change management, coaching and mentoring, performance management, stakeholder management and business process re-engineering. Ben previously worked in a service transformation business for six years where he led and supported a range of public sector transformation projects covering social housing, adult social care, planning and transport. Most recently, Ben led the transformation programme for a large ALMO, during which time he led the successful delivery of a £232m capital programme and held the position of Head of Leasehold Services on behalf of the client.
In his executive management role within the Royal Mail he was responsible for raising operational performance under the watchful eye of the government regulator, resulting in large savings for the business. He also project led the implementation and successful roll out of many change programmes leading to improved service levels and financial savings.
Since joining Peopletoo, Ben has worked on transformation projects including social housing.
Kathy Rogers
Kathy joined Peopletoo in May 2010. After graduating from university, Kathy worked for the National Centre for Languages managing EU funded projects and then Hampshire County Council within the Education department, before moving to a large ICT software business in 2004 to take up a graduate management placement. During this time Kathy managed international resellers, established international marketing procedures and processes, as well as delivering consultancy on near-shoring and off-shoring operational opportunities. Kathy then focused on public services within the business where she worked across a range of areas including business development, operational delivery, strategic consultancy and service transformation.
Subsequently, Kathy has delivered major transformation programmes in the public sector including service areas such as social housing, streetscene services, museum services, customer services, children’s services and HR. Kathy’s areas of specialism include: business process re-engineering, change management, strategic marketing, and internal communications.
Since joining Peopletoo, Kathy has worked on key collaborative projects and adult care transformation.
Carol Docherty
Carol joined Peopletoo recently having held senior office management and executive secretary roles in a number of organisations including public sector facing businesses. She has worked in international companies in the food industry, manufacturing and the services sector reporting to Managing Directors and Board Members.
Her particular skills are in assuming responsibility for and organising all aspects of office management in dynamic and rapidly growing companies. Carol has key responsibility for all aspects of financial and business management within Peopletoo.
