Maggie Kenney - Chief Executive and founder of Peopletoo
Over 20 years Maggie has gained experience of complex and challenging transformation across both the public and private sector. Her career in the private sector has mainly been in key operational roles with Prudential Assurance and Experian, the latter where she was responsible for the turnaround of underperforming contracts, reducing cost and increasing revenue streams. Prior to establishing Peopletoo, Maggie was a senior operations director in a service transformation business where she delivered a series of key local government initiatives transforming access to customer services, delivering a turn around project for adult social care in a London Borough and achieving over 20% efficiencies in transport and fleet management services.
Since establishing Peopletoo, Maggie has worked on a number of projects, which include the London Councils project to develop a future Door to Door strategy for delivery of passenger transport across London, a project looking at collaborative working across the West London Alliance and project managing the implementation of a substantial reablement service for adult social care in a London Borough, which is projecting over 20% savings in home care costs.

Sir Peter Rogers - Chairman
As Advisor for Regeneration, Growth and Enterprise to the Mayor of London, and throughout his 15 year public sector career, Sir Peter Rogers has had huge impact on public services. His previous roles include CEO of London Development Agency for three years and before that CEO of Westminster City Council.
Trained originally as an accountant, Sir Peter also has extensive experience in the private sector as a senior executive in one of the leading national transport operators. Sir Peter has led major change initiatives in business planning and performance management with substantial Industrial Relations and logistics experience gained across the private and public sectors.
As Chairman of Peopletoo, Sir Peter brings exceptional insight, leadership, support and strategic direction to the company. Working closely with all members of the Board and our team, his experience and broad range of capabilities makes Sir Peter an invaluable addition to Peopletoo.
Simon Wing
Simon joined Peopletoo in July 2011 following 10 years working extensively in the public sector assisting organisations to become more efficient and effective. Simon's broad range of experience includes working with a number of Councils, delivering both corporate and service transformation, consistently achieving financial savings as well as developing effective strategies to reform public services as part of a Cabinet Office working group.
Prior to joining Peopletoo Simon worked for major business transformation and consultancy businesses developing his wealth of experience. Simon's early career was as a British Army Officer.

Kathy Rogers
Kathy joined Peopletoo in May 2010. Kathy started her career working for the National Centre for Languages managing EU funded projects and then Hampshire County Council within the Education department, before moving to a large ICT software business. During this time Kathy managed international resellers of HR and Payroll software, established international marketing procedures and processes, as well as delivering consultancy on near-shoring and off-shoring operational opportunities. Kathy then moved into consultancy with Public Sector clients; where she worked across a range of areas including business development, operational delivery, strategic consultancy and service transformation.
Subsequently, Kathy has delivered major transformation programmes in the public sector including service areas such as social housing, streetscene services, museum services, customer services, children’s services, HR and adult social care. Kathy’s areas of specialism include: business process re-engineering, change management, and performance management.
Since joining Peopletoo, Kathy has worked on key collaborative projects within transport and adult social care transformation. Kathy has led an Adult Social Care transformation programme within a large unitary authority exceeding savings targets; and working with managers and staff has developed a road map to achieving a balanced budget going forward. The success of the partnership has resulted in the programme being shortlisted for an LGC Business Partnership award.

Carol Docherty
Carol joined Peopletoo having held senior office management and executive secretary roles in a number of organisations including public sector facing businesses. She has worked in international companies in the food industry, manufacturing and the services sector reporting to Managing Directors and Board Members.
Her particular skills are in assuming responsibility for and organising all aspects of office management in dynamic and rapidly growing companies. Carol has key responsibility for all aspects of financial and business management within Peopletoo.

Mike Butler
Prior to joining Peopletoo, Mike was Managing Director of a successful service transformation business specialising in public sector transformation and rated as an exemplar model for SMEs under the Investors in People assessment framework. Prior to becoming Managing Director, his roles included operational transformational projects in Local Government and leading on Business Development. In addition, he also had overall responsibility for an off-site business processing centre and a document scanning business.
Mike has excellent knowledge of local government and national public sector policy. He works closely with local government clients mainly at Chief Executive and Director level and has also worked with the majority of private sector strategic partners. Mike has worked across a range of local government services and is currently working as an independent advisor with a leading Council on a range of alternative service delivery models including trading companies, ALMOs and teckal companies, Trusts and joint ventures to deliver radical change in service quality and efficiency whilst creating jobs in the local economy.
His previous roles include Associate Director of Added Value Services for the District Audit Commission where he managed a team of specialists undertaking value for money and information, management and technology projects in the Local Government and Health sectors, Director of Business and Finance for a West Country Ambulance Service NHS Trust and Management Consultant for DeloitteTouche Chartered Accountants where he undertook management consultancy projects across the private and public sector including financial projects, corporate recovery and organisational restructuring.

Steve Caunt
Steve joined Peopletoo in February 2011 after a full career in logistics leadership and management in the Royal Air Force and more recent success in service transformation within the public sector. Steve has a wealth of practical experience and achievement in transformational change and performance improvement, and he has worked with a number of Councils to deliver significant savings and service delivery improvements in a number of service areas including transport and street services.
Steve’s broad-ranging skills include financial management, process re-engineering, leadership development, value for money procurement and collaborative change.
Since joining Peopletoo, Steve has been leading a major collaborative regional transport project in London.

Norman Edwards
Norman has worked in the public sector since 2004 and has been responsible for delivering superior transformation programmes across a wide range of frontline service areas. With over 30 years hands on operational management leadership in the private sector, Norman has gained invaluable experience in senior management roles whilst demonstrating a successful track record of leading and delivering significant transformational change projects in multi million pound operations. This experience includes senior management roles in a range of sectors.
In the Public Sector Norman has led, and supported, transformation projects in housing repairs, housing services, procurement, contract management and transport in a number of local authorities. This includes the transformation of a Council Housing Repairs Service from 'Poor, with Poor prospects of Improvement' to 'Matching or Surpassing the Best in Wales' as quoted by the Audit Commission. This project also delivered cashable savings of £1.5m over three years. More recently, Norman created and led an Integrated Transport Unit for a local authority that is now supporting the delivery of annual savings in excess of £1.3m.
Norman’s additional experience includes a successful track record in change leadership, operational and financial improvements, contract management, logistics and procurement often holding interim line management roles in the process. Norman is a strong believer in performance management systems, linked to directed staff development, focused on providing excellent customer services that deliver top quartile value for money outcomes for partner organisations.

Edward Harper
Ed joined Peopletoo in November 2011 following 7 years with a major public sector transformation and consultancy business. During this time Ed developed and led both corporate and service-specific transformation change programmes which have delivered step change improvements in customer service, performance and £multi-million efficiency savings.
Projects have included corporate value for money and efficiency programmes, the management of a London Borough’s customer service and transport operations, delivering significant improvement in service standards and innovation in self-service. Ed also has particular expertise in the strategic sourcing approach to procurement and operates effectively in environments where major cultural change is crucial.
Ed’s early career has included growing a professional services business from start-up and working with a global management consulting and business strategy advisory firm.

Adrian Proctor
Leading on our business development and growth strategies, Adrian has extensive experience in the sector, built up from over ten successful years in both operational and business development roles. This experience means Adrian brings a broad range of skills and support to the whole team, from procurement to delivery.
In a range of roles over these years, Adrian has developed rich and detailed knowledge of the needs and demands of Local Authorities, and has been involved in the development of solutions from small programmes to multi-million pound complex partnerships. His experience in the development of risk and reward partnerships helps to underpin our commitment to providing real value to our customers through innovative commercial models.
Adrian’s career spans both public and private sectors, originally developing his managerial skills in the automotive sector.
