Our History
Peopletoo is focussed on public service transformation across the public sector. The founders of Peopletoo have previously built a service transformation capability and track record across all services in Local Government. Peopletoo builds on that knowledge and experience to provide innovative transformation solutions across the public sector including the NHS, the third sector, Police and Fire services. We have developed service delivery models incorporating ‘total place’ principles, social enterprise, third sector and community cohesion/engagement.
We are a people-focused transformation organisation. Our transformation model is based on a hands-on and operational approach both in solution design and critically implementation where we deliver specific and measurable outcomes in real cashable savings, service improvements and a better customer experience working with your managers and staff.
Peopletoo offers a flexible partnership and a strong commercial model whereby we link our fees to achieved customer, service and financial improvements with 100% accountability for delivery. This commercial model ensures additional capacity and transformational capability without substantial upfront investment costs as we more than self-finance ourselves in the implementation phase.
Peopletoo is a relatively new organisation formed by very experienced senior operational people, who have all delivered substantial change themselves and realised actual benefits through a hands-on approach and not just provided advisory or standardised generic models of planned improvements. We work with our clients’ managers and staff including key service champions to deliver the transformation and ensure sustainability in the longer term.
We have a very robust transformation methodology based on our operational experience that also ensures the rigour required to articulate outcomes and track delivery against those outcomes. We tailor each transformation solution for each client recognising that every client is different with a range of challenges, capacity and capability at different levels.
